Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat Tickets Gates joins London Cast
The British version of American Idol, Pop Idol, has led to career Gareth Gates, who has turned his attention from climbing the charts to perform on stage. Now you get to fulfill a dream of his life, making his debut in the West End as Joseph Joseph and Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat on. He replaces Lee Mead. Mead won the role of Joseph in the BBC1 reality show called any dream will do and will finish his career in January. Gates will not start until February to do, and meantime the alternate Mead, Ricky Rojas, will play. The London show has been running to wince Adelphi Theatre in July 2007. Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat first appeared in London in 1991.
Coincidentally, it was Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat was a driving factor for Gates in music, first. He got to play the lead role when he was only eight years of age in a school production of the series. Around the same time, Gates began singing in the choir of the Cathedral of Bradford, where he was almost immediately recognized his talent. He moved to the head choir when she was 11 years old. Two years later, he had the chance to sing for the Queen. He also gained experience instrument is classically trained in piano and guitar and vocals.
His accomplishments led to a place in the prestigious Northern College of Music. Gates met his first break when she was Pop Idol in 2002. He came in second place, but soon signed a deal with BMG, which meant he had to resign his post in Northern College of Music. He released an album in the top and one not long after, selling 3.5 million copies of his file. He followed the release with a sold-out tour. Throughout his time on Idol, Gates publicly struggled with a stutter. Babbling beat after the show ended and showed the road with a television documentary. More recently he has been part of Dancing On Ice, and various charity events. Before he takes the role of Joseph Gates will have to finish up his role as Prince Charming in the London theater production of Cinderella. Joseph Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat and has been a favorite stage show for decades. The letters were made by Tim Rice with composer and producer who is none other than the famous Andrew Lloyd Webber. The history follows the biblical story of Joseph, one of 12 children. Joseph is the favorite son and therefore was betrayed by his jealous brothers and sold into slavery in Egypt. What little brothers know we need their help later. The show brings a touch of fun and creative Rice and Lloyd Webber, with songs ranging in styles of go-go country, rock and roll and the Caribbean.
