Is it the hiking, swimming, or food? It could be any of the activities of many others involved in camping. For many, it is the time around the campfire listening to stories, jokes, eating smores and singing camp songs. For a camping experience and rounded, it is important to a variety of things, but one of my favorites is singing around the campfire.
Most campfire singalongs I've been mostly spontaneous, with one or two guitars and a lot of people making petitions. In general, went well, as long as the guitarists could play the songs. A good example is pear. Pear is a popular song in Canada and is a word of three syllables again and again. To make up new verses, just use any three-syllable word. The names, places and food are good words to use, as: E-mi-te, or spa-ti-ghettos, or blue-ber Ry-o pi-a-no.
