A ukulele is a fantastic instrument for use in a birthday party! Today you will learn the ukulele chords to a famous song!
First take a look at the lyrics:

The names of the chords we play presupposes that your ukulele is tuned in C. This means that the first string is an A.
Now you will learn the ukulele C-major chord:
C: 0 / 4 0 / 3 0 / 2 3 / 1
This notation ukulele tab will help you find the strings and frets to use in your ukulele.
The first number tells you which fret to press down. The number after the slash indicates the chain.
0 / 4 means you play the open fourth string on your ukulele. Yes, an open string is a string that does not press down.
3 / 1 means that you press the third fret the first string.
You have to learn a chord to play the first line of the letter. Will G7:
G7: 0 / 4 2.3 2.1 1.2
