We thought we were going to make a U.S. Immigration 2010 Preditcition, trends and statistics that the perception for all foreigners to get the best an idea of what can happen in the next year in the U.S..
At least this should give us all a vague idea of what to expect in 2010 to the U.S. Visas and Immigration Services.
This is presumably going to be a great year Reforming U.S. Immigration with the health reform debate almost to a conclusion. The legislation such as the Dream Act and Senators Grassley and Durbin and Visa H1B Visa L1 reform projects are already being discussed a bit and in the case of the latter project already introduced in Congress. There will be many more to come and certainly, it covers a lot of posts during 2010, but this place is is a crazy year for U.S. Immigration.
With the bitterness and vitriol mixed with downright lies on both sides in the debate of Health in 2009, the U.S. debate on immigration may be even more polarized in 2010. Those who expect many changes to immigration pro Obama as the president promised in the election campaign should temper their enthusiasm as the reality of a election year will be achieved this year. Many politicians are likely to limit their exposure to any dispute if they are for re-election, especially on the Democratic side, which are traditionally seen as more favorable to immigrants.
So here are the 7 Predictions for U.S. Immigration and the U.S. Visa face 2010:
1. U.S. Immigration Reform 2010 will not be so great for legal immigrants - all the biggest concerns such as cost, ease, abuse in the workplace, green card delays, fees, taxes and social security benefits, etc, is not fixed
2. Illegal Immigration dominate the debate, not legal immigration to be fixed will be the best help for U.S. illegal immigration problems
3. The season of H1B visa and quota will be filled on a far more quickly in 2010. Given the race to the end of 2009, we even see the reintroduction of the H1B visa lottery
4. Green Card Lottery will again be a hot ticket item in October, but can not see the peak seen in 2009 as better economic conditions here and around the world demand means less frantic.
5. U.S. Immigrants continue to make up a disproportionate share of the Silicon Valley start-ups benefit the entire U.S. economy. Again, this will be ignored by U.S. media in general.
6. There will be a small change back to California schools as and New York for U.S. immigrants face long journeys to places like Florida and Texas in recent times.
7. U.S. Immigrants not have access anything in any new health reform law.
